Yes - after years of wrangling with Grotta Giusti Spa and the local Commune... we have finally managed to restart cave diving for softies in the hot springs of the Tuscan Hills

I did over 2 hours wearing shorts and a T-shirt...35 degrees C....almost too hot :-)
